    本人长期专业从事高性能半导体热电材料与器件前沿的研究工作,课题组是我国自上世纪90年代最早开始相关研究的单位之一,相关研究实力和成果在本领域具有一定的影响力。除此之外本课题组近年来开始了化学电池关键材料的研究。目前的主要研究方向包括:

    1、热电半导体材料和器件;

    2、热电输运参数测试的研究与仪器开发;

    3、化学电池关键材料。

    1983年本科、1995年博士毕业于东北大学,1995-1998年在清华大学做博士后研究。

    本科生课程:半导体材料导论,物理电源,能量转换材料。
