     主讲材料学院国际班的全英文课程《材料电子理论》和《材料物理性能》以及全校公共选修课《电子信息材料》(校免检课堂)。

     

           在包括Applied Physics LettersNanotechnologySensors and Actuators BJournal of Nuclear Materials等重要学术刊物上发表学术论文70余篇,已经被SCIEI收录60余篇,SCI引用500余次。在国际会议上做特邀报告2次,论文获奖2次。作为第一申请人申请专利22项(授权18项)。培养博士研究生5名,培养硕士研究生26名。部分主要论文如下:
