    新型纳米半导体材料与器件,纳米光电器件,纳米能源器件,纳米材料与器件损伤服役行为,材料结构及性能调控

    1992年毕业于燕山大学材料系,获学士学位,1998年获硕士学位,2002年毕业于北京科技大学材料系,获博士学位。20031月~200412月在清华大学做博士后研究。201312月~201412月在美国加州大学洛杉矶分校访问学者。

    承担本科生课程纳米材料与技术材料物理性能和硕士研究生课程纳米材料及纳米技术等的教学工作。

    近年来在国内外学术刊物上发表论文100余篇,其中SCI收录80余篇,主编和参编专著3部。代表论著如下:
